Biography
Janus Pan’s practice focuses on assisting healthcare entities in transactional and regulatory matters. Janus has advised clients on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, as well as clients in the long-term care space. She also has experience with government investigations of healthcare entities and compliance considerations. Janus received her law degree from UCLA School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.
