Janouk Charbonneau

Janouk Charbonneau practises in labour law and construction law. As part of his practice, Janouk deals with all facets of the employment relationship, assisting clients in the interpretation of collective agreements, grievance arbitration, labour relations, labour standards and employment-related litigation.

Janouk also represents clients, contractors and employers in the construction industry in such matters as labour management, occupational health and safety, compliance with Bill R-20, as well as licensing and compliance of works and structures with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.
