Janie Chaloux

Janie Chaloux has developed a practice focused on real estate law, advising landowners, real estate developers, financial institutions and private lenders. She is mainly involved in transactions involving real estate development, the acquisition and sale of real estate, real estate investments and real estate financing. She also advises real estate developers on contractor licensing issues.

She is also involved in corporate reorganization, including for purposes of real estate aspect of the transaction.
