Dr Jan Christoph Mosch, M.B.A., LL.M. specialises in corporate law, corporate contract law, M&A / real estate transactions and asset succession. Jan advises medium-sized companies, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth private individuals.

Jan has always been enthusiastic about the complex issues of corporate law and the transaction business and has consistently focussed both his legal training and his work as a lawyer on these topics. He combines this experience with an entrepreneurial mindset honed through graduate studies in business administration (M.B.A.), a pronounced solution-orientation and full commitment to his clients.
