Jamie Paquin

Jamie was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and joined Daoust Vukovich LLP as an associate in January 2006. Jamie became a partner of Daoust Vukovich LLP in January 2013. Jamie's versatile real estate practice includes acting for commercial retail, office and industrial landlords and tenants in a variety of leasing and financing matters and facilitating purchases, sales and the financing of commercial property. Jamie's skill set also includes handling the acquisition or sale of businesses, documenting corporate activities, providing corporate governance advice and registering business names and trade marks.
