Jamie focuses her practice on representing owners, large general contractors, and developers in negotiating contracts and during all stages of construction claims litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients in disputes over delays, extra work, defective work, changed conditions, and contract terminations. Jamie also provides counseling to government contractors on a wide variety of public contracting matters involving federal, state, and local procurement rules and regulations, and in adversary proceedings, including pre- and post-award bid protests.
