James McCullen is a partner at ABC Law Centers (Reiter & Walsh, P.C.), bringing nearly two decades of birth injury experience to the firm. He joined ABC Law Centers in 2020 after a career spanning both defense and plaintiff-side birth trauma litigation.
Jim began his career defending hospitals on a birth trauma team at a large firm, handling complex HIE and obstetrical malpractice cases. He later worked alongside founder Jesse Reiter at Gregory & Reiter, P.C., before opening his own practice. Throughout his career, Jim remained committed to representing birth-injured children. He is highly experienced in fetal monitor interpretation, expert witness preparation, and the prosecution of HIE and birth injury cases, helping secure millions for affected families.
