Biography
Jim Rosen is the founder and managing partner of RosenSaba, LLP. Jim has successfully litigated scores of business torts, professional liability claims, employment and harassment disputes, women’s rights issues, and catastrophic injury cases on behalf of a wide spectrum of individuals, local governments, businesses and multi-national corporations. Jim has a near perfect success record as the lead trial lawyer in dozens of jury trials and arbitration proceedings. He is also an expert witness concerning attorney ethics, standard of care, and responsible billing practices in high-stakes legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty matters.
In 2024, Jim was elected and served as the President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. The Los Angeles Chapter was named “Large Chapter of the Year” for 2024. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Board of Trial Advocates Foundation, a 501(c) charitable organization dedicated to the preservation of the right to a jury trial, excellence, and the civility of the practice of law.
