James R. "Jim" Rosen

Jim Rosen is the founder and managing partner of RosenSaba, LLP. Jim has successfully litigated scores of business torts, professional liability claims, employment and harassment disputes, women’s rights issues, and catastrophic injury cases on behalf of a wide spectrum of individuals, local governments, businesses and multi-national corporations. Jim has a near perfect success record as the lead trial lawyer in dozens of jury trials and arbitration proceedings.
