James K. Andrade

James K. Andrade is a Partner at Valensi Rose PLC. Mr. Andrade's areas of practice include private client wealth planning and management, private client and fiduciary disputes, and elder financial abuse, while also advising on various business, ownership, and succession issues. He has represented companies, financial institutions, professional fiduciaries, trustees, administrators, executors, heirs, beneficiaries, and creditors in litigation matters and in the administration of trusts and estates.

A graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Economics, James earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where he also received a certificate from the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law.

James is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law in California, and he is admitted to practice in California and Texas.
