James J. Pisanelli

Mr. Pisanelli is the co-founder of Pisanelli Bice PLLC, a Las Vegas, Nevada law firm devoted exclusively to commercial and complex litigation. Before forming Pisanelli Bice, he served as co-chair of his prior firm’s litigation group, where he managed and collaborated with more than 80 litigators nationwide. His background includes extensive experience at large, full-service commercial law firms, which informed the creation of a focused litigation boutique dedicated to handling high-stakes disputes efficiently and strategically.

Mr. Pisanelli has tried and prosecuted dozens of matters to judgment in both federal and state courts and regularly appears before the Eighth Judicial District Court’s specialty business court judges. His practice includes Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Litigation – Construction, and Litigation – Real Estate. He has handled complex disputes involving construction projects, real estate developments, defamation claims, and health care matters, often involving substantial financial and operational risk for his clients.
