Biography
Jim Waldenberger, a partner at Kline & Specter, is an experienced trial lawyer who has a wealth of hands-on experience in personal injury cases that has resulted in an impressive record of legal victories.
Over his twenty-five years of practice, Jim had taken great pride in specializing in tough cases. Using a creative "out-of-the-box" type of approach to litigating, Jim has obtained seven and eight-figure verdicts and settlements for his clients in practice areas ranging from medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, auto accidents, workplace injury and child sexual abuse.
Jim's trial successes include a $5.5 million jury award in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court for a mentally disabled man who was rendered quadriplegic when the commercial van in which he was riding struck a utility pole.
Jim attended Villanova University as an undergraduate, earning an English degree with honors. He also attended Villanova for law school, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team.
Jim is a Fellow of Temple University's Academy of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.
