James Higgins

James Higgins is a member at Frederic Dorwart Lawyers PLLC whose practice focuses on banking and finance law, commercial litigation, public finance, fiduciary litigation, securities litigation, regulatory matters, and appellate advocacy. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tulsa.
