Former General Counsel for the Missouri Dept. of Revenue, Former Administrative Law Judge for the Missouri Administrative Hearing Commission and Former Chief Deputy Attorney General for Missouri. Licensed to practice in all Missouri state and federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, and have appeared and argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.
