Jakub Maslowski

Jakub Maslowski is an associate in the Advocacy Group. His practice focuses on corporate commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Jakub also has experience in the areas of construction, professional liability, product liability and insurance litigation, and has advised clients with respect to insurance coverage and risk management.

Jakub has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta. He has also attended a number of Judicial Dispute Resolutions and private mediations, and has successfully negotiated the timely and cost-effective resolution of hundreds of claims on behalf of his clients.
