Jake Mantin focuses on real estate matters, including transactions, leases, commercial and residential association matters, and property management issues. He also handles general transactional matters, such as corporate formations and mergers and acquisitions.
Jake represents clients in various aspects of real estate law, providing guidance on property-related legal concerns and transactional documentation. His work encompasses facilitating real estate transactions, drafting and reviewing leases, preparing commercial and residential governing documents for associations, and addressing association compliance.
Jake earned his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was recognized as a Pedrick Scholar for academic achievement. He simultaneously completed a master’s degree from the Allan “Bud” Selig Sports Law and Business program, receiving the Robert Carey Sports Law Scholarship and the SLB Dean’s Award. Jake’s legal writing was published in ASU’s Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.
