Biography
Jaime is a partner at Roper Greyell, practicing in all areas of employment and labour law with a focus on administrative and public law, human rights, civil litigation, and privacy law.
A strong advocate for his clients, Jaime has appeared before judges, arbitrators and adjudicators at all levels of court, both in British Columbia and federally. Jaime thoroughly enjoys the humanistic aspect of workplace law, stemming from a lifelong interest in psychology, philosophy and human behaviour.
Clients appreciate Jaime’s knowledge of various industries, passion for advocacy and know they can depend on him to find practical solutions to complex workplace problems.Jaime has extensive experience acting for employers in both the public and private sectors, including municipalities and educational institutions; as well as in the retail service, and hospitality industries.
Outside the office, Jaime can be found spending time with his son, playing sports, or enjoying a glass of wine with a well-stocked charcuterie board.
