Jacquelyn Caroe specializes in Commercial Real Estate Development & Finance. Her expertise lies in skillfully representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, dispositions, financing, and leasing across a diverse range of asset classes. Jacquelyn’s collaborative approach has made her an invaluable partner in negotiating complex joint ventures.

As a proud alumnus of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Jacquelyn demonstrated her commitment to excellence through her roles as the Executive Communications Editor for the Florida Law Review, a member of the University of Florida Trial Team, and the lead student clinician of the University of Florida Veterans and Service Members Legal Clinic. Additionally, she showcased her leadership capabilities as President of the Military Law Students Association.

Jacquelyn graduated with High Honors from the University of California, Davis, where she double-majored in Political Science and Psychology. Additionally, Jacquelyn earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Florida, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, received the prestigious Governor’s Scholarship, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Throughout her time at the University of Florida, Jacquelyn consistently earned a spot on the Dean’s List, and her steadfast commitment to pro bono work earned her both the Pro Bono Excellence Award and the Outstanding Clinic Student Award.
