Client Testimonials

I never leave feedback, but in this case, Miss Jacqueline has been an absolute rockstar. I’m 41 and dealing with a complicated hip replacement, 4 since October same hip. Though her schedule was super busy she took time out of her day anytime I had an inquiry to answer any issues at all and if she couldn’t she pointed me in the right direction. You need to know she wasn’t even able to take me as a client with her caseload. So, all of this she has done for me just because she’s such an amazing human being and top-notch attorney!

Q&A

My practice allows me to help people from all walks of life who have suffered devastating and traumatic injuries to themselves or a family member. Their lives have been turned upside down due to the strain of their injuries, medical appointments, unpaid bills, pain and the stress of being unable the work and engage in the activities they once took for granted. I have the privilege and honor of helping them through what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives. I provide the legal guidance, experience and support needed to navigate unexpected, traumatic and life changing circumstances. While helping one person cannot change the world, my hope is that it will change the world for that person.

One of the most commonly asked questions is “Will my case go to trial?” For many, the thought of going to trial during an already emotionally and physically painful time is overwhelming and intimidating. While an attorney can’t guarantee a case will not go to trial, the reality is that going to trial only becomes necessary in a small percentage of cases, as most are settled out of court. It is, however, my responsibility to be well prepared for the possibility of trial. Being prepared is an essential step to ensure that the process goes as smoothly and efficiently as possible, causing minimal additional stress for the client while maximizing the potential for a positive outcome. Hiring an attorney capable of taking a case to trial puts a client in the best position to achieve a favorable outcome.
