Jacob Penn

Jacob Penn is an associate attorney in the Corporate and Estates and Trusts Practice Groups. He advises clients on a variety of business and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and dissolution, and general corporate matters. He has experience drafting and reviewing contractual documents, including non-disclosure agreements, franchise agreements, management agreements, and leases.

Jacob earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2019, where he was a Senior Staff Editor of the Duquesne Law Review. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from Grove City College in 2014.
