Jackie’s practice areas include Insurance Law and Personal Injury Litigation. For more than three decades, she has represented injured people and their families in claims involving insurance coverage, liability, damages, and other personal injury matters.
Jackie works closely with her clients to understand their circumstances, assess their legal options, and pursue appropriate resolutions through negotiation or court proceedings when necessary.

Jackie served as Chair of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association from 2020 to 2021 and as Chair of its Public and Government Relations Committee from 2024 to 2025. She has twice served as Chair of the Personal Injury section of the Canadian Bar Association – Alberta (South) and remains a member of its Executive. Jackie also serves on the Alberta Council of Multiculturalism, contributing to initiatives that promote cultural diversity and inclusion in Alberta.
She has advocated for maintaining Alberta’s current tort system and has expressed her opposition to a no-fault insurance regime in Alberta.
