Biography
Jack Bjorn is experienced in various aspects of labor and employment law, including statutory and regulatory compliance, employer policies and procedures, and claims before the Maine Human Rights Commission and other state and federal agencies. Jack regularly assists clients with general employment compliance issues such as employee handbooks, family and medical leave, employment contracts, wage and hour issues, employee disciplinary matters, and labor negotiations.
Jack also has an active practice preparing qualified domestic relations orders to divide employee retirement benefits for individuals going through divorce.
