Turner Thornton is a Senior Attorney and leader of Varghese Summersett’s Family Law Division, where he represents clients in divorce, child custody, property division, and other complex family law matters. With experience handling hundreds of cases, Turner is equally comfortable negotiating a resolution outside the courtroom or advocating for his clients at trial. He takes a strategic approach to each matter, evaluating the circumstances and objectives of the family involved to determine the most effective path forward.
A North Texas native, Turner graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009 before earning his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth. His practice is grounded in a combination of strong legal advocacy, practical problem-solving, and a genuine understanding of the personal challenges that accompany family law disputes. Turner strives to provide clients with candid advice and thoughtful representation throughout every stage of their case.
