Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Poole served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida in the Employment Litigation Bureau, where he represented public officials and state agencies in employment law matters. Mr. Poole has handled a wide variety of employment law matters, including litigation before both state and federal administrative agencies, state and federal trial courts, and state and federal appellate courts.
