J. Mark "Mark" Dady

J. Mark Dady is the Managing Partner of Dady & Gardner, P.A. Mark represents franchisees and dealers in all stages of their relationships with their franchisors/manufacturers, including negotiating the terms of his clients’ franchise/dealer agreements and litigating issues related to pre-sale misrepresentations and termination/non-renewal disputes. Mark has been a speaker at the ABA Forum on Franchising and has been published in a number of franchise periodicals.
