Biography
Dave has over 50 years of corporate and litigation experience, representing clients in the highly regulated insurance industry. He focuses on representing insurance regulators in complex issues, including material insurance company transactions, examinations and reorganizations, as well as counseling insurance companies and insurance agencies.
Dave believes that what distinguishes successful lawyers is the ability to understand the client’s objectives in order to act effectively, to communicate and advise candidly, and to achieve the client’s goals promptly and efficiently. Clients expect – and deserve – expertise and professionalism at the highest levels, and Dave strives to deliver both to every client, throughout every matter.
