Ivan T. Grbesic

Ivan Grbesic is a partner and Co-Head of the Mining Group. He is also a member of the Capital Markets, Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. Ivan plays a leading role in the firm’s Latin American coverage group.

Ivan’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. He regularly provides advice to issuers and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings, other types of offerings and private placements, and to boards of directors, special committees and advisers on matters such as structuring and negotiating transactions, corporate governance, securities regulatory compliance, and general matters.

Ivan is frequently involved in cross-border and international transactions and is experienced in dealing with subtleties of cross-cultural issues encountered in international transactions.
