Employment, compensation and benefits. Isabel provides advice on all aspects of employment relationships, with experience in processing restructuring proceedings, carrying out employment audits, designing remuneration schemes for employees, as well as negotiating with trade unions and workers’ representatives.
Likewise, she provides mediation, conciliation and arbitration services before the Labour and Social Security Inspection Authorities and before the labour courts on matters such as collective conflicts, dismissals, claims for payment, claims of rights, sanctions, and substantial changes to working conditions, among others.
She boasts ample experience in advising on the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and pacts to standardise conditions, on the day-to-day management of employees, as well as on drafting and implementing all kinds of internal policies related to the employment sphere.
Isabel Moya joined Pérez-Llorca in 2009. Isabel is an expert in labour law and social security. She was appointed Partner of the firm in January 2020.
