Isabel Romeral is a Partner at Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia, practising in the areas of Trusts and Estates, estate planning, estate administration, and trusts. She advises individuals, families, executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries on a wide range of estate and trust matters, including probate and the administration of estates and trusts.
Isabel assists clients with estate and incapacity planning and prepares wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and trust documents tailored to each client’s circumstances and goals. Her practice includes advising young professionals, business owners, families, and high net worth individuals on planning for the management and transfer of wealth.
In addition to her Trusts and Estates practice, Isabel advises clients on corporate and business matters, including incorporations, business contracts, and shareholder agreements.
Isabel holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She has presented on estate and trust topics for CLEBC and CPABC.
Before joining Farris LLP, Isabel completed her articles at a national law firm, worked as in-house counsel for a biotechnology company, and practised in wills, estates, and trusts at a Vancouver law firm. She is fluent in Spanish and regularly assists Spanish-speaking clients.
