Irina Kordic

Irina is Murphy Battista’s managing partner and has worked at the firm for the last 20 years, even before she was a lawyer. She represents only plaintiffs. With extensive trial experience that includes complex injury cases, civil sexual assault cases, wills variation cases and class actions, Irina has represented clients at all levels of court in BC. Beyond her courtroom success, she has also had considerable experience working with clients to resolve their cases through mediation and negotiation. Irina puts her clients’ needs and preferences first, understanding that each case requires a distinct and practical approach that fits the unique situation of an individual client. She recognizes that some clients need a forum in which to tell their story, while others need a vehicle for financial restitution, and many need both of these and more.
