- Recovered damages for post-acquisition adjustments on behalf of the purchaser of the Osco pharmacy chain
- Secured indemnification for former company president in connection with freeze out claims by a stockholder
- Established full insurance coverage for private university in connection with hazing claims that had generated multimillion dollar punitive damages award
- Successfully defended New Hampshire banking institution against series of lender liability claims
- Obtained favorable settlement, after extended litigation, for acquirer of manufacturing enterprise, in action by competitor for interference with exclusive distributing agreement
- Secured dismissal on First Amendment grounds (affirmed on appeal) of claim involving corporate governance of religious institution
- Negotiated multimillion dollar settlement of breach of contract action on behalf of telecommunications industry manufacturer
