Inês Grácio

Inês Grácio is a lawyer in VCA’s Private Wealth & Tax Department, specializing in tax advisory and litigation. She assists national and multinational clients across diverse sectors, providing strategic guidance on tax structuring, international investment, private equity, and corporate reorganizations, including mergers and acquisitions.

Her expertise spans both national and international tax matters, from consultancy to representing clients in complex tax proceedings and disputes. Before joining VCA, Inês was an Associate in the Tax Litigation department at Garrigues Portugal, where she focused on high-stakes tax disputes. She also worked at Cardigos e Associados, gaining experience in Tax, Corporate, M&A, and Litigation, with a stint in Data Protection Law.

She holds a law degree from the Portuguese Catholic University Law School and has completed postgraduate studies in advanced corporate taxation and tax litigation. Inês is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association and the Portuguese Fiscal Association.
