After spending a few years in the legal counsel of a multinational in the industrial sector, he joined Rancaño Abogados in 2005.
He advises companies from different sectors on matters related to corporate law. He has a extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, and contracts. He has advised companies and entrepreneurs in insolvency situations and court proceedings, either in refinancing or in bankruptcy.
His professional activity also includes areas of private law, contentious area and litigation in all instances, both in civil matters (obligations and contracts, inheritance and contractual liability), commercial (corporate, contractual and bankruptcy) and financial crimes (corporate offences, tax, insolvency).
He has advised private institutions and individuals in the creation and monitoring of Foundations with different purposes and objectives, being secretary of the board of some of them. He has acted as Secretary to the Board and legal advisor for diverse companies.
