Iain works at the intersection of workplace advice and litigation. He advises employers and employees on employment contracts, workplace policies, dismissal planning, wrongful dismissal claims and human rights complaints, and represents clients when those issues move into litigation.
As leader of Parlee’s Labour & Employment Practice Group since 2024, Iain also draws on broad civil litigation experience, including insurance defence and subrogation, shareholder disputes, debt actions, fiduciary duties and improper competition. He has appeared before courts in Alberta and the Northwest Territories and represents clients through mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.
Iain joined Parlee in 2016 and became a Partner in 2021.
