- Represented victim of multimillion-dollar fraud scam in recovering substantial portion of the misappropriated funds, and in securing federal convictions of the offending parties.
- Defended officers and directors and majority shareholders of closely held Florida company in acrimonious shareholder derivative action.
- Represented multiple lenders in the takeover of distressed multimillion-dollar construction projects, obtaining the appointment of receivers; expedited completion of the foreclosure process; and obtained dismissal of lender liability and other defensive claims.
- Handled appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeals.
- Handed numerous emergency injunction proceedings to enforce noncompete agreements and trade secret protection statutes.
- Represented clients in complex federal trademark and counterfeiting actions.
- Defended $65 million lender liability claim, and the recovery of a $1.2 million verdict on behalf of a court-appointed receiver in a securities fraud action.
