Hugues Duguay

Hugues Duguay is a Partner in our Insurance Law Group. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation in insurance matters, more particularly in the areas of professional errors and omissions, and product liability.

He frequently appears before the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and other jurisdictions in Quebec.

Over the years, he has counseled many insurance companies with respect to the interpretation of property insurance policies as well as CGL, E&O and D&O liability insurance policies. His clients appreciate his drafting and analytical skills.
