Howard Rubin is a Shareholder in the firm's Portland office. Howard has been representing public and private employers in employment and labor law matters for more than 25 years. His traditional labor work includes representing employers in union organizing, labor arbitrations, labor agreement administration and negotiations.Howard has handled a variety of cases ranging from unfair labor practice charges to wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, breach of contract, tort, wage and hour and Employee Retirement Income Security Act claims.
