Hourak Rahmani

Hourak Rahmani is an associate in Gowling WLG's Vancouver office with broad experience in corporate & commercial and real estate matters.

In the corporate & commercial space, Hourak assists clients with a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, asset and share purchase transactions, joint ventures and debt and equity financings.

She also works on a wide range of general corporate matters, including incorporations, shareholder's agreements, continuations, minority shareholder issues, and corporate governance.

Hourak's real estate practice focuses on commercial conveyancing; property development and construction financing.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Hourak practised at a boutique securities firm in Vancouver for 10 years.

Hourak is an avid supporter of the arts, and previously served on the board of directors of the Kay Meek Art Society in West Vancouver.
