Horacio Paredes-Vazquez

Founding partner of Mexican recognised litigations boutique, Malpica, Iturbe, Buj & Paredes. Mr Paredes practice focuses on constitutional, administrative, civil and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration. He has successfully represented companies, financial entities and individuals before the Mexican Supreme Court, federal and local courts, as well as before administrative authorities.

Ranked and recognised by national and international publications as a “Highly recognised practitioner”.

Mr Paredes holds an LLM from Universidad Carlos III of Madrid. He holds his JD from Escuela Libre de Derecho, and is admitted to practise law in Mexico since 2003. Examiner and professor for the JD programme in amparo and constitutional law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
