Henry J. Chang is a partner in the firm’s Employment and Labor Group. He currently practices in the areas of Canadian and United States business immigration law, international business law, and cannabis law.
Henry obtained his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1990. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of California and the Province of Ontario in 1992.
A recognized authority in the field of United States and Canadian business immigration law, Henry writes and speaks extensively on the subject of United States/Canadian immigration law and other cross-border legal matters. His work has been published in numerous nationally- and internationally-recognized publications, including LexisNexis’ Immigration Law & Procedure, which has been cited in over 300 Federal Court decisions in cases from across the U.S. circuit courts of appeals, federal district courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Henry is also a frequent contributor to Huffington Post Canada on cross-border legal issues.
