Hendrik Bott

Dr Hendrik Bott is based in Hamburg and primarily advises on matters relating to real estate project development: from the acquisition of land, the establishment of building rights and the conclusion of neighbourhood agreements, to the awarding of construction, architect and project management contracts, claim management during the construction phase, and contractual coordination with property tenants. Another key area of his practice is advising fund assets and family offices on commercial tenancy agreements and other real estate law aspects of property use. The fundamental aim of this collaborative approach is to negotiate and conclude clear and advantageous contractual structures to avoid disputes; where necessary, however, Dr Bott also undertakes the enforcement and defence of claims before (arbitral) courts.
