Hélia Taheri

Hélia Taheri is a partner in the Corporate Group. Her practice primarily focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, involving both public and private companies, as well as private equity and venture capital. Hélia’s expertise includes advising several Canadian and foreign clients in acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and general commercial negotiations, across different industry sectors, including technology, food and beverage, retail and manufacturing. In 2018, Hélia practised in Stikeman Elliott’s New York office.
