I am a senior lawyer at the Employment Department of Fieldfisher JAUSAS, where I advise national and international clients on matters concerning Labour and Social Security Law.
I frequently deal with queries related to contracts, terminations, restructuring, Senior Management relationships, variable salary, working time and implementation of new technologies, among others. Aside from providing recurring advice, I also take part in administrative and judicial procedures. Within my speciality, I analyse employment matters connected with the acquisition, sale and restructuring of enterprises, fundamentally when a chance in the ownership or outsourcing has occurred.
In November 2016, I received the V Young Employment Lawyers Award granted by the Spanish Employment Lawyers’ Association (FORELAB), recognising my work on this particular area. This has allowed me to participate in several conferences and publish some articles on the topic.
I am a proud of being part of the Mexican community in Barcelona, and I am a member of the Global MX Network. Moreover, I am also involved in the Women in Sports Law Association (WISLaw) since 2018.
I have a degree in Law from ESADE, a Master’s degree in Legal Sciences from the Pompeu Fabra University, and a Management course from the London School of Economics at the University of Pekin. I also studied at the Cornell-Law School (EE.UU.) in the context of an exchange programme, where I was able to delve into the study of the American Labour Law.
