Heidi Esslinger

Heidi Esslinger is an associate in the Vancouver office’s Insolvency and Restructuring group.

Heidi’s practice focuses on corporate insolvency and restructuring matters, including cross-border proceedings, receiverships, and reorganizations under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. She has represented debtors, purchasers of distressed assets, insolvency professionals and major stakeholders of insolvent businesses.

She also maintains a broad litigation and dispute resolution practice.
