Based in Dallas, Texas, she represents healthcare systems, carriers and vendors in negotiating revenue cycle management outsourcing agreements and other commercial transactions involving Information Technology Law and IT Outsourcing Law.
Heather’s practice includes advising clients on strategic supply agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, technology licensing matters, technology maintenance and service agreements, technology development projects and cloud-computing transactions, including software as a service (SaaS) arrangements.
