Thoughtful Counsel for Complex Family Matters
Hayley Blair understands that family law is rarely just about legal issues. Clients come to her facing significant financial decisions, concerns about their children, and uncertainty about the future. She helps them navigate those challenges with thoughtful guidance, practical judgment, and a strategy tailored to their long-term goals.
Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Hayley represents executives, business owners, professionals, and their spouses in complex divorce, child custody, and property division matters throughout North Texas. Her practice includes high-asset divorces involving executive compensation, closely held businesses, significant separate property, reimbursement claims, and other sophisticated financial issues requiring careful analysis and strategic planning.
Hayley also represents families facing unique challenges involving mental health concerns, substance abuse, and children whose educational, medical, or parenting arrangements require customized attention. She believes every family deserves solutions that reflect their specific circumstances rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Known for her thoughtful, steady approach, Hayley works to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, or Collaborative Divorce whenever those methods align with her clients' goals. She believes many families benefit from maintaining greater control over important decisions while minimizing unnecessary conflict. When litigation becomes necessary, she provides strategic advocacy grounded in thorough preparation and sound judgment.
For more than 15 years, Hayley has devoted her practice exclusively to Texas family law. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Family Law since 2019 and has earned additional recognition in Family Law Mediation and Collaborative Law. Beyond her practice, she serves as a visiting lecturer at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she teaches alternative dispute resolution, and frequently presents continuing legal education programs for the State Bar of Texas and Denton County Bar Association.
Hayley's goal is to help clients move through divorce with confidence, protecting what matters most while positioning them for the next chapter of their lives.
