Harris “Mac” Watkins is an associate in Moore & Van Allen’s Financial Services group. He represents banks and financial institutions in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Mac practiced in the bankruptcy and restructuring group of a regional law firm and he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Benjamin A. Kahn of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
