Harini Maragh is an associate at Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, New York, where she practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Labor & Employment, and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups.
Harini represents clients in a broad range of litigation and dispute-related matters involving breach of contract claims, employment disputes, wrongful termination allegations, and business-related conflicts. Her experience also includes accounting proceedings, probate contests, and discovery proceedings in Surrogate’s Court.
Before joining Rivkin Radler, Harini worked as an associate in the product liability, mass torts, and litigation practice groups of an international law firm. From 2023 to 2024, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. James M. Wicks of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In that role, she assisted with matters involving employment litigation, contract disputes, civil rights claims, and cases arising under the New York Labor Law and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Harini earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from John Jay College, where she majored in fraud examination and financial forensics and minored in economics. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where she served as an executive editor of the New York Law School Law Review.
Outside of her legal practice, Harini enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
