As a certified specialist in building and architects’ law, I have been advising national and international companies from the property industry as well as private and institutional investors for almost 20 years on all legal issues relating to the development, construction, acquisition, management and sale of real estate.
As part of project development, I work with my team to accompany the creation of a property from the drawing board through to utilisation or sale. When buying or selling existing properties, we carry out due diligence checks on the buyer and seller side, draft and negotiate property or share purchase agreements and advise on their financing.
To resolve conflicts, I use suitable instruments for out-of-court dispute resolution, but I also have extensive litigation experience to successfully represent my clients in court in all property law matters.Overview
