Haley E. Edmonds

Haley maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice, focusing on construction disputes. She represents owners, contractors, and sub-contractors in cases involving contract breaches, delays and liquidated damages, and deficiency claims. She has appeared before multiple levels of Court in Alberta and is experienced in private arbitrations. Haley brings a unique perspective to her legal practice, holding her Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and having worked as a Commercial Banking Analyst before pursuing law.

Haley’s active involvement in Edmonton’s community showcases her dedication to serving others. She currently serves as a Director on the Board of Kids Up Front Edmonton.

Haley proudly holds membership with the Law Society of Alberta, demonstrating her commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
