Hailey Klingbeil is an Associate in Varghese Summersett’s Family Law Group, where she represents clients navigating divorce, child custody, property division, and other significant family law matters. She takes a personalized approach to each case, taking time to understand her clients’ circumstances and goals before developing a strategy tailored to their needs. Whether pursuing a favorable resolution through negotiation or advocating in the courtroom, Hailey is committed to protecting her clients’ interests and helping them move forward with confidence.
A lifelong Texan, Hailey grew up with her three sisters on a 40-acre farm outside Wylie, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University as a third-generation Aggie before earning her law degree from Texas A&M School of Law in Fort Worth. While in law school, an externship with a family law firm introduced her to the practice area and sparked her interest in helping families through challenging transitions. Her passion for family law was further strengthened when her sister adopted a child in Tarrant County during Hailey’s time in law school.
Hailey is particularly drawn to the personal impact of family law and the opportunity to help clients and their families navigate periods of significant change. She brings empathy, careful attention to detail, and a strong sense of advocacy to her work.
